These General Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as GTC, are accessible at any time on the site www.panikroom.fr and prevail over any other version or any other contradictory document. These GTC can be modified at any time at the discretion of PANIK ROOM without any other formality than their posting online. Placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. In accordance with the provisions of article L 441-6 of the Commercial Code, these GTCS are systematically communicated to any Customer who requests them from PANIK ROOM.

 

ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE

These GTCS govern the activity of SAS PANIK ROOM, with a capital of 10,000 euros, domiciled at 56 Boulevard Barbès 75018 PARIS, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 840 768 113. Intra-community VAT number: FR62840768113

These T & Cs set out the contractual provisions and the conditions applicable to any reservation for a game session. They are brought to the attention of any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the website or directly via the service provider.

 

ARTICLE 2 - NATURE OF SERVICES

The service provider offers a concept belonging to the company PANIK ROOM, a full-scale immersive game company.

 

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES, BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. The prices charged by are those in effect at the time of placing the Order. They are indicated on the website. Unless otherwise indicated, they are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC).

3.2. According to the very principle of the game, PANIK ROOM grants customers the right to occupy the room for a maximum period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) minutes.

Customers accept that the duration of presence in the room is 120 minutes maximum, whether they have managed to solve all the puzzles or not. This point relates to the very principle of the game. At the same time, customers accept that the game ends before the end of the 120 minutes, especially if they have managed to complete the game in less than 120 minutes, without this being subject to '' any tariff adjustment or compensation.

3.3. We offer two unique pricing for two to five players:

• Off-peak rate (Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

• Full hour rate (every day from 6 p.m. to midnight as well as Saturdays, Sundays.

3.4. If fewer customers show up to participate in the service than what was initially planned when booking, customers can claim reimbursement of the price difference if the service provider is notified at least 24 hours in advance.

3.5. If more customers show up to participate in the service than what was initially planned when booking, the price difference must be paid before participating in the game, directly on site, this within the limit of 8 players, according to the scale. following :

• Supplement of 19 € for a seventh player.

• Supplement of 34 € for a seventh and eighth player.

3.6. PANIK ROOM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without any formality other than putting them online.

3.7. To reserve the game room, the Customer must first book a game session by choosing a date and a time slot among those offered on the website or, under special conditions, directly via the Service Provider. To reserve, the Customer must specify his name, his first name, a valid e-mail address and a telephone number.

3.8. Payment is made online by credit card with a completely secure payment solution via STRIPE and the reservation is confirmed by sending an e-mail to the Customer who made the reservation. PANIK ROOM has no access to the customer's bank details at any time.

3.9. In exceptional cases, PANIK ROOM staff can make the reservation on behalf of the Customer if the latter cannot make the reservation himself on the website. In these specific cases, the Customer accepts without any reservation that this type of reservation does not entail any responsibility on the part of PANIK ROOM or its staff, the staff then acting only as data entry operator according to the instructions. given by the customer. The Customer therefore waives any recourse due to misuse, breach of the confidentiality of his data or fraudulent use of his account.

3.10. Any other service will give rise to additional invoicing. PANIK ROOM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

3.11. Special conditions may apply, in particular when the Client is a professional. Freely negotiated by the Parties, they are detailed in article 11 of these GTC.

3.12. A reservation cannot be transferred or resold for commercial purposes. If a reservation is transferred or resold in violation of this article, the holder of the reservation will be refused access.

 

ARTICLE 4 - DELAY AND CANCELLATION

4.1. In the event that customers are late for a reserved service, the Customer may decide whether or not he wishes to start the game.

4.2. In all cases, the room must be vacated at the time stipulated in the initial reservation. PANIK ROOM reserves the right to refuse access to customers whose delay is 30 minutes or more. The times will be systematically reminded in the confirmation e-mails sent by PANIK ROOM

4.3. No reservation can be canceled or refunded.

4.4. No confirmed reservation can be modified or moved except in the context of a cancellation by the sole fact of PANIK ROOM. In the latter case, the Customer may freely choose the new date of the session.

ARTICLE 5 - ACCESS TO THE HALL AND RUNNING OF THE GAME

5.1. The Customer must arrive at PANIK ROOM at the time agreed upon when making their reservation and confirmed by the confirmation email. He will be led into the playroom.

5.2. It is strictly forbidden to enter a game room with food or drinks.

5.3. The number of participants per room cannot exceed EIGHT (8) natural persons aged 12 or over. Access to rooms for people under 12 years old is subject to the appreciation of PANIK ROOM staff and must be accompanied by a capable adult.

5.4. The use of video and / or audio recording devices (including but not limited to: mobile phones, cameras, Go Pro) is strictly prohibited. Any use of a device of this type may cause the game to stop completely for the whole team. No compensation or reimbursement can be requested.

5.5. PANIK ROOM expects its customers not to disclose game details directly and / or indirectly. Any partial and total disclosure would violate the commercial interests of PANIK ROOM.

5.6. Customers are required to keep the room and all of its equipment (non-restrictive list: decorations, furnishings, etc.) in good condition and to use it in accordance with authorized use. As a result, the customer acknowledges that any intentional damage or damage caused by unauthorized handling of the room and its equipment will be invoiced again.

5.7. To ensure the smooth running of the game, the room is equipped with a surveillance camera. Its recording acts as the market value offered to the Customer at the end of the game. No image or sound is stored by PANIK ROOM staff without the Customer's satisfaction.

5.8. PANIK ROOM reserves the right to interrupt any part according to the following eventualities:

- One or more players would have an attitude considered dangerous for the safety of the other players or for the integrity of the decoration or the installations.

- One or more players would make abusive remarks against the staff of PANIK ROOM.

- One or more players would say racist / sexist / homophobic or discriminating. The qualification of the racist / sexist / homophobic or discriminating nature of the comments made is left to the discretion of the staff of PANIK ROOM.

- One or more players came to lie, deceive or bribe the PANIK ROOM in order to contravene the rules set out in the previous articles.

The above list is not exhaustive, and PANIK ROOM authorizes itself to add to it the mentions it deems necessary at the allotted time.

5.9. PANIK ROOM thus reserves the right to refuse access to the premises to any person whose behavior is similar to the elements mentioned above. PANIK ROOM also reserves the right to refuse access to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as a safety measure for said person and his entourage.

5.10. For all the conditions mentioned above, the prohibition of access or the stopping of the service does not give the right to any compensation or reimbursement.

 

 

ARTICLE 6 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA:

All the information requested by PANIK ROOM when placing an Order is mandatory. If one or more mandatory information were to be missing, the issuance of the Order cannot take place.

PANIK ROOM respects the privacy of its Customers and undertakes that all information collected, in particular when purchasing products and / or services offered by the Service Provider, is considered confidential information.

The information collected is processed by the company PANIK ROOM with a capital of 10,000 euros whose registered office is 3 rue Simart 75018 PARIS, identified under the unique number 840 768 113 at the RCS de Paris, which remains responsible for processing for the management of customer orders. and / or any requests relating to these.

Collecting Customer information is essential for the provision and proper management of the services offered by PANIK ROOM. Refusal to consent would prevent the performance of these services.

Personal information is kept for the legal retention period and is intended for the persons necessary for its processing within the company as well as for subcontractors as soon as the contract signed between the subcontractors and the data controller of the Service provider mentions the obligations incumbent on subcontractors in terms of data security and confidentiality protection (article 28 of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data EU 2016/679) and specifies the security objectives to be achieved.
